Whether it’s assisting private equity, public, or privately held companies that require fast-paced growth, turnarounds, mergers, or companies that are just underperforming, his experience at executing and achieving substantial value creation is well known in the middle market industry.

As a consultant, former President, and CEO operating in diverse multi-plant manufacturing
environments, Chuck has a distinguished history of transforming businesses by solving complex issues and building cohesive, athletic, and nimble teams focused on increasing tangible shareholder value. The hallmark of his career has been to swiftly assess the business landscape, design and articulate a strategic plan, and reshape and operate sensitive business levers for fluid execution and superior financial results in a rapid period of time.

Previous positions have included CEO for Veridiam, Inc., an Equity Group Investments (EGI, Sam Zell) company; President of Anderson Copper and Brass Company, a Marmon Group/Berkshire Hathaway company; and Chief Operating Officer and General Manager for two distinct metals manufacturing companies. Chuck also has a great deal of international experience via executive positions with both Volvo and Atlas Copco, two premier European multinational companies.

Chuck completed the Executive Certificate Program at Darden Graduate School of Business and the Swedish Institute of Management in Stockholm, Sweden. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He is Six Sigma Black Belt qualified and Lean Manufacturing trained using the Toyota Production System.
