We pass this knowledge on to our clients and inspire them to improve not only their business but themselves as well. 

LaneOPX evolved from the vision of founder Bob Lane, who has dedicated his decades-long career to improving business operations in industries across the globe. Through leadership, a passion for education, and a desire for personal and professional growth for himself and those around him, Bob developed the core values of a successful, ethical company. Today, these values serve as the tenets of LaneOPX.

Over several decades, Bob was fortunate to work alongside numerous individuals who shared in the passions of sharing knowledge and inspiring excellence. Recognizing the value of their expertise, Bob invited each individual to join the LaneOPX team and serve on the LaneOPX Advisory Board. 

The LaneOPX Advisory Board comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds in education, engineering, finance, systems and software, and manufacturing. Together, they oversee LaneOPX’s Consulting, Education, and Coaching services and provide LaneOPX clients with strategic, neoteric solutions to challenges in business operations.

The core of LaneOPX’s philosophy lies in the value of education and the belief that a business reaches its full potential only through proper knowledge and training. LaneOPX is therefore proud to have a team of qualified, dedicated instructors who share a passion for learning and a drive towards excellence. These instructors conduct courses in-person, through blended in-person and online learning, and strictly online through the LaneOPX Education Academy. 

LaneOPX further illustrates a commitment to education and mentoring through internships. Bob Lane and LaneOPX have served as advisers for nearly 40 interns. As with our clients, we focus on enhancing both business acumen and personal growth. We empower youth by challenging them with meaningful tasks that yield tangible outcomes, and we encourage our interns to take full responsibility for complex projects. Through this ownership and pride in their work, our interns develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve excellence in their academic, personal, and professional lives.
