Systems and Software Engineer Manuel Lara works closely with LaneOPX Industrial Engineers to deliver technical business solutions. He also guides clients through production planning, logistics, database development, data analysis, software management, metrics support, and ERP-related implementation.

As a Business Operations expert, Manuel is skilled in understanding a client’s goals, prioritizing challenges, and identifying and developing systems that create a critical impact. He develops and customizes business dashboards using leading-edge tools, such as DevExpress. His database development services for LaneOPX clients also include structures, system integration, setup, management, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Through his expertise and vision for client-focused systems, Manuel provides guidance, coaching, and support for LaneOPX clients who require metrics to modify business behaviors and apply parameter changes. He develops customized data analytics systems, then provides analytics support services in order to positively drive metrics and implement operational excellence KPIs. Manuel is particularly skilled in Cost Analysis Engineering, which includes analyzing BOMs, Routings, and Costing Systems through the lens of Industrial Engineering to provide accurate outputs for ERP systems.

Manuel supports LaneOPX partners, such as PlanetTogether, by leading software implementation and support activities. He also creates custom calculators that assist LaneOPX clients with decision-making activities. Additionally, through Manuel’s services, clients gain the benefit of automation for handling routine tasks and heavy-volume activities.

Manuel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua.
