Reconstructed manufacturing operations of a prominent metals manufacturing business located in the Western US and Central America by improving cost efficiencies and increasing productivity by more than 130% within the first year of services.
Reduced company debt from $18M to <$5M in 2 years with development of new “Time-Value of Money” supply chain practices that encompassed renegotiating purchase agreements, customer sales contracts, and ultimately leading to more favorable bank terms.
