On-site and remote education programs

To help your enterprise operate more effectively and achieve long-term success, we share our knowledge with your team in the forms of hands-on training, engaging workshops and seminars, and LaneOPX Education Academy courses that focus on Lean, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, and Supervision and Leadership. Logistics

With LaneOPX, clients receive support as they transition from product engineering to contract manufacturing, shipping, and logistics. We program manage, lead, or assist the outsourcing of selected distribution, warehouse, and fulfillment services. Our support includes sourcing third-party logistics centers and implementing logistics activities including inventory management and control.  

Organizational Design and Development

Our experience working from the board of directors to the shop floor means that we understand all aspects of your operations and can identify the right talent and potential for each position. We provide employee selection and training services and support staff development through one-on-one or team coaching, custom training sessions, and inspiring and engaging workshops and seminars.
