Bob & Delia were great facilitators of the America Works Leadership Program for Front Line Supervisors in Manufacturing. They were flexible in their approach and engaging with the participants. They quickly built trust amongst the diverse group. Most of the participants did not have formal education or training and deeply benefited from learning from subject matter experts with real world experience. The group valued having a bilingual woman educator facilitate the classes because representation matters. This initiative was funded in part by the CMTC CA Manufacturing Extension Partnership and the America Works Innovation Grant.
